Get the image clear in your mind’s eye. Soak it up. Drink in the quality. Now imagine the COMPLETE opposite. Tah-dah!
Not content with there already being a factory Targa, the genius behind this 1968 912 thought he would go one better. Having heard that the factory Targas were a bit soft, he decided to start with the stiffer coupe and chop the roof off to end up with a TargaCoupe, or Toupe for short.
Looks just as attractive as any other Toupe I have ever seen! See it here on eBay.

Having said that I love the honesty of the description:
The car has rusty floor pans back to front .The battery area is rusty. the front rubber seal around hood area is rusty . (as seen in photo.) The car has rust.

I have massive tail and Fuchs envy for that car, they are yummy. Going to send some 15s up to Harvey to get done the same!
