I popped in to Autofarm today, to drop off some parts belonging to one of their customers.
While there, I had a quick chat with Robin about business and how they were finding things. In common with most other Porsche independents I have spoken to recently, Robin reported business as being good, with lots of servicing work being done. They are finding that, now some cars are cheaper, there have been more people new to Porsche and that is where a lot of their work has come in this year.
Robin also mentioned that they may soon be hiring another mechanic. “I’ll look at any CVs that come my way,” he said. “If the applicant is any good, I’ll certainly be talking to them about opportunities with Autofarm.”
